Yes. Currently, stimulation modes and intensity are controlled via the WillSleep app on your smartphone.
The app also offers sleep-support features such as ASMR content and sleep analysis.
Use is not recommended for children under the age of 12.
Pregnant individuals and those with heart conditions or specific medical conditions should consult a healthcare professional before use.
A mild electrical sensation during use is normal and is designed to feel like a gentle vibration or massage for comfort.
If the stimulation feels too weak or uncomfortable, you can adjust the intensity to a level that suits you.
Pad lifespan may vary depending on usage conditions.
They are generally reusable multiple times, but replacement is recommended once adhesion weakens.
Results may vary by individual, but most users experience gradual improvements in comfort through repeated use before sleep over a period of one month or longer.
If the LED does not turn on after connecting the charging cable, please try the following:
- Use the included charging cable
- Use a standard adapter (avoid fast chargers)
- Check for cable damage
- Reconnect the USB-C cable (check orientation)
- Remove any debris from the charging port
If charging still does not work, please contact customer support for A/S assistance.
You may cancel your order directly while it is in the payment completed stage.
If the product has already been shipped, cancellation is not available and a return process will apply. In this case, the refund will be issued excluding round-trip shipping costs.
Changes are possible only before shipment after payment is completed.
